In Detail
Healthy aging is largely the result of consistent attention to the fundamentals: resistance training to preserve muscle and bone, cardiovascular exercise to support heart and metabolic health, adequate protein and a nutrient-dense diet, 7 to 9 hours of quality sleep, meaningful management of chronic stress, and proactive preventive healthcare.
Hormone optimization — when clinically appropriate — can be a meaningful piece of the picture, supporting energy, body composition, sleep, mood, and the ability to engage with the foundational behaviors. It is not a substitute for those behaviors, but it can make them more achievable.
The earlier in midlife these patterns are established, the more compounding benefit they provide. Atlas & Willow approaches healthy aging as an ongoing partnership, not a one-time intervention.
